The Danish Agency for Climate Data supervises compliance with the Frequency Act and rules and terms laid down in pursuance of the Frequency Act. In case of interference supervision will mainly be undertaken on the basis of complaints received.
In this supervision top priority will be given to cases involving interference that may cause danger to human life or health. Next The Danish Agency for Data Supply and Infrastructure will prioritise cases involving interference that cannot cause danger to human life or health cases involving other violations of the Frequency Act and the rules and terms laid down in pursuance of the Frequency Act.
